设立于2000年，晶彩科技是个专业自动光学检测及量测的设备系统整合制造商。晶彩科技的主要服务范围泛及光电面板厂、半导体厂，及PCB厂。
拥有业界最新进的技术，晶彩科技可提供客户最快速、最简便，且稳定度高的设备系统。晶彩科技服务的最终使命是增加客户产品的良率，解决客户在生产上的关键瓶颈，以满足客户长远的需求。晶彩科技拥有来自于物理、软件、光学、电机、机构、数学等相关领域的研发人才，坚强的研发团队占了大部分的人员配置。
晶彩科技的总部设立于新竹县竹北市，并且为了能够给予客户更好更快捷的服务，已经在台中及台南设立办事处，往后会扩及中国大陆。
